Thank you for visiting and shopping at AllenjoyStudio. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Production and Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The following are the shipping options available:

- Economy Standard Shipping: 12-25 workdays
This is your more economical choice, perfect if you're not in a rush to receive your order.

- Express Shipping: 5-7 workdays
This option is designed for urgent needs, providing a quicker turnaround so you can receive your order significantly sooner.

Total Turnaround = Production (2-4 business days) + Shipping

For locations identified as "remote" by the logistics company, delivery estimates may be extended, and it might entail additional shipping fees. Please contact us before placing your order to get precise details.

Please contact us before ordering for timing. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

- For U.S. customers: We handle tariff and customs clearance fees for both shipping methods.

- For all other countries: Customers are responsible for these fees and any additional charges, including tax or VAT.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping options to various countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times for orders outside the U.S. may vary and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

AllenjoyStudio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please take a photo or video as evidence and contact us for assistance. While we are not responsible for the damage, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

Customized Backdrop Provides Awesome Trick-or-Treat Street Photo Booth

Every year our Office Director puts on an office trick-or-treat street event for our employee's children. In the past, other sections would compete in office decorating for Halloween, and our Director is very competitive. We have always just had impromptu photos taken, but Allenjoystudio has provided us with an awesome backdrop for a photo booth for our event. They put customized text on the product with the name of our office, so all the kids and their parents can have a special photo taken at the event and remember where the event took place. Our Director is so jazzed about the result - raising the stakes even higher - that I'm getting lots of "shout outs" from my colleagues too. In emailing this company, they took great care in getting me exactly what I wanted....much easier than I feared. Thanks!!
