Order Cancellation
- Processing Time: We begin working on your order within 24 hours of receipt.
- Cancellation Window: To cancel your order, please contact us at info@allenjoy.com within 6 hours of placing it.
- Production Status: Once your order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Custom Orders: All our products are made-to-order based on your selections. This means cancellations are only allowed before production begins.
Returns and Replacements
Eligible Returns
- When to Return: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date if your product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during packaging or transit.

Required Documentation: To help us quickly assess and resolve your issue, please include:
- A clear photo of the item showing the defect or damage.
- A wider shot to provide context.
- A photo of the package label.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Item Condition: Returns are not accepted for items that show no defects or any signs of use.
- Shipping Delays: We do not accept returns for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Additional Considerations
- Production Defects: For items with production flaws, we may offer a direct replacement without needing the defective item to be returned.
- Incorrect Shipment: If you receive the wrong product due to our error, we will send the correct item at no extra cost and without requiring a return.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping fees for packages sent by us will be fully covered by our company.
Incorrect Orders & Exchanges
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item (such as an incorrect size or pattern) due to an error on your part:
- No Return/Exchange: We cannot process returns, exchanges, or cancellations in these cases—as our products are custom-made and cannot be resold once dispatched.

- Return: You may return the item at your own shipping expense. Please contact us to obtain the return address.
- Keep & Replace: Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and cover 50% of the replacement cost plus a shipping fee.
Important Notices
- Packaging Marks: Minor fold marks from transport are normal. They can usually be reduced or removed by ironing or steaming.
- Color Variations: Product images are for reference only. Due to differences between monitor displays (RGB) and printed output (CMYK), exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed.
- Delivery Estimates: Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.
- Agreement: By placing an order, you agree to our processing timeline, return policy, and shipping guidelines.
