How do I order a custom backdrop?
- Contact us online or email us at info@allenjoy.com to tell us your customization needs. You can also place the order on this page and upload your design. For RUSH ORDERS, please contact us prior to ordering to make sure there is enough time.
- You will receive digital proof. The process can take one to two business days, depending on the complexity of your design. Please stay in touch.
- Only after you approve the design and finalize all the details can we begin production. Production takes two to three days.
- Your custom backdrop will be shipped out as soon as it is made ready. You will receive a notification letter giving logistics information.
What’s the design & proofing turnaround time?
The time depends on the complexity of your design. Before production, we will check to see if the file you send or submit for the order has the correct size and high quality (whether it looks blurry, difficult to read, etc.).
We can do minor photoshopping free of charge; please contact us in advance to ensure the possibility of what you're requesting.
We'll make sure that everything looks good and print at excellent quality. Complex designs require more time and may entail an additional cost.
What file format should I use for the backdrop design?
Vector design files are best, as they have very light file sizes and can be scaled as much as needed, like EPS, AI, and PDF (outlined). High-resolution images in JPG, PNG, and PSD formats are also OK. If the files are too big for email, please upload them to a cloud storage service such as GoogleDrive and send us the link.
I need the custom backdrop within a week. Is it possible if I pay for expedited express service?
We need at least two days for production, and the fastest shipping service takes at least five days, so we cannot reduce the total time to less than seven days. Please contact us before placing the order. Thank you.

Every year our Office Director puts on an office trick-or-treat street event for our employee's children. In the past, other sections would compete in office decorating for Halloween, and our Director is very competitive. We have always just had impromptu photos taken, but Allenjoystudio has provided us with an awesome backdrop for a photo booth for our event. They put customized text on the product with the name of our office, so all the kids and their parents can have a special photo taken at the event and remember where the event took place. Ordered the backdrops for our Harry Potter Halloween Display. Once again they exceeded my expectations. The custom pieces work out so well, it's like the visitors are often transformed into the scene. The price, quality and fast shipping are all a bonus. The fact that they are basically wrinkle free, and can be washed is a bonus since we tend to use them outside. Will order again!
